It is a laminate mineral wool insulation, Rockwool acoustic membrane and a layer of reinforced aluminium foil. This feature allows the uninterrupted supply of heated or conditioned air throughout the building, thereby reducing energy bills. Water-resistance: Rockwool Techwrap2 had factory-applied foil facings that act as a moisture barrier, thus preventing moisture ingress into the application. Installation: Rockwool Techwrap2 is easy to install especially around the corners and bends of pipework. It preserves the thickness around the awkward angles of the pipes, thus ensuring effective thermal and acoustic insulation throughout the application.
