Through Wall Pipe Insulation Kit - For Thermal insulation

The pipes that run from an externally mounted air source heat pump or biomass boiler into a property are required to be run through the exterior wall. This means that these hot pipes not only lose heat while running through the wall but are also affected by cold bridging. Therefore it is important to insulate these hot water pipes. By insulating them, you ensure that the loss of heat is restricted, which in turn saves energy and money. This through-the-wall insulation kit is exclusively designed for this purpose. They are tough, durable and have a resilient PVC coating that not only insulates but also protects the pipework from external damage.  The insulation kit includes 2 straight pipe insulation sections each about 320mm in length and 19mm wall thickness. These are made to fit 22mm and 28mm pipe work. In addition, the kit also includes the elbow section to cover the external copper pipe connection.
