The main structure is designed as ultra-low 100mm, which is convenient for the maintenance of ultra-low chassis vehicles. Scissor arms are made of 20mm x 85mm Q345 (16Mn) Cold Drawn steel technology.  Cold drawn steel has an improved yield strength and tensile strength, has an improved surface finish than hot rolled steel. The platform steel used is 6mm thick.  It is reinforced with steel stiffeners. The ramp is made with double layer of 5mm checkered steel plate. The dual oil line cylinder synchronizing system ensures that both platforms raise or descend in synchronize manner. Each platform has 2 hydraulic cylinders (60mm and 70mm diameter) with 38mm diameter piston.  These sizes are very strong for performance in this lift.  The Italy Aston oil seal is used.  And the Taiwanese dust proof seal is used for better seal and performance of the hydraulic cylinder.  Better sealing enhances lifting performance of lift. Resin high pressure hose is used to prevent bursting. The new ultra-thin shear does not use the old mechanical lock.  It uses the pump station to control the double oil circuit electromagnetic hydraulic lock, a high degree of safety.  Much safer than the traditional old mechanical lock.   Double oil control is safer in the sense that if one oil pipe bursts, the other oil pipe starts safety measures to ensure the stability of the machine.  Emergency stopping is also very safe, allowing the machine to drop slowly through the pump station’s safety valve, thus ensure the overall safety of the machine.
